If it’s one thing I don’t like is to leave reviews but I did not hesitate here. This service was , I don’t know but the best way I can describe it is the royal white glove 7 star rated service. I’ve used laundry on demand services before and I have to say NoScrubs is the best. They picked up my laundry and had it back clean, fresh folded and smelling great in exactly 3 hours. I was in total shock!!! Very pleasantly surprised and impressed and that’s hard to do..Usually the turn around time is 24 hours so I am very again, very impressed with the services. How fast will my laundry be returned?
We begin processing your laundry immediately and usually return it within 4 hours. Timing can vary, depending on the size of the order and time of day, but we always aim to deliver fresh, folded laundry as fast as possible.
Can I add special washing or drying instructions?
We understand that everyone has their laundry preferences. Whether you need certain items returned on hangers or delicate fabrics washed in cold water, we've got you covered. Simply provide detailed instructions when you place your order, and we'll make sure your laundry is handled exactly as you desire. Reminder, we do not process Dry Clean Only items or do Air-Dry at our end.
What kind of detergent do you use?
We use unscented, hypoallergenic, and dye-free detergent to ensure your clothes are cleaned gently. Our detergents are safe for sensitive skin. If you prefer a specific detergent, feel free to provide it along with your laundry and we'll use your preferred product instead.
