All monthly plans are billed on a monthly cycle. Don’t worry - we’ll notify you 2 days before renewal before processing the subscription charge.

Yes, NoScrubs Laundry Service offers two guarantees for a stress-free laundry experience. - Satisfaction Guarantee: If your clothes don't come back to your complete satisfaction, let us know, and we'll refund the cost of your order. - Damage Insurance: If any clothing damage occurs, your order is insured for verified claims up to $500. Yes. Any credits you don’t use within 90 days (three months) of issue automatically expire and are removed from your balance, so be sure to schedule your pickups before then.

After placing an order, share your unique referral link with your friends. For every friend you refer who places an order, you get $20 in NoScrubs credit. You can leave your laundry in a generic laundry bag, clothing hamper, a garbage bag, or anything of your choice (we've even had someone leave their order in a cardboard box!) and we will return your order in a branded NoScrubs laundry bag alongside your original storage container.
