How NoScrubs Works

We offer pickup windows starting at 9am with last pickups available at 6pm. You can choose the time that works best for you. Select a 2 hour pickup window that fits your schedule and we’ll arrive within that time frame to grab your laundry. In a hurry? Choose our ASAP 4-hour pickup window for priority service. We'll come as soon as possible within that window and start your order right away

You can leave your laundry in a generic laundry bag, clothing hamper, a garbage bag, or anything of your choice (we've even had someone leave their order in a cardboard box!) and we will return your order in a branded NoScrubs laundry bag alongside your original storage container.

We understand that everyone has their laundry preferences. Whether you need certain items returned on hangers or delicate fabrics washed in cold water, we've got you covered. Simply provide detailed instructions when you place your order, and we'll make sure your laundry is handled exactly as you desire. Reminder, we do not process Dry Clean Only items or do Air-Dry at our end.

Not at home? Just leave you clothes in any bag or container outside and we’ll grab it from there. We’ll drop of your fresh and folded clothes in NoScrubs branded bag right to your doorstep.

Yes, NoScrubs Laundry Service offers two guarantees for a stress-free laundry experience. - Satisfaction Guarantee: If your clothes don't come back to your complete satisfaction, let us know, and we'll refund the cost of your order. - Damage Insurance: If any clothing damage occurs, your order is insured for verified claims up to $500.
