20lbs laundry weightA Quick Note on Additional Charges
We like to keep things simple and transparent but sometimes, a little extra is needed to handle those heavier loads. Here's what to keep in mind:
Overweight Charges
Each plan includes a weight limit per pickup. If your laundry exceeds that limit, it's just $1.50 per extra pound no hidden fees, no surprises.
Last-Minute Cancellations
If a scrubber is already on their way and you cancel, the pickup credit for the order will be applied to cover the scrubber's time and travel. This credit cannot be refunded at this time.
If you'd like to repurchase your pickup credit, you may do so for a $10 cancellation fee. Please reach out to support for assistance with this option.
Comforter Charge
Comforters need their own washing and drying machines and are charged at $15 per comforter to ensure they get the care they need.
Please note
- Unused pickups roll over to the next month and remain valid for up to 3 months before they expire.
- Our pricing may vary based on offers and the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update or adjust our pricing from time to time to ensure we continue providing the best possible service. Rest assured, any changes will be communicated in advance to all existing customers.
