Where should I park?

Please park in the employee parking area on the right side of the building.

Do NOT park in resident or reserved spots.

Which entrance should I use?

Use the lobby entrance only.

  • Do NOT go through the resident doors
  • The correct lobby doors are to the right of the resident doors
  • They do NOT have “2206” above them

What do I do once I enter the lobby?

Head to the front desk and let them know you are with NoScrubs.

If the front desk is unattended, please reach out to support immediately.

How do I access the resident floors?

The front desk will:

  • Hold your ID or car keys
  • Provide a fob for access

No access will be granted without your ID or car keys.

What are the access hours?

The front desk is available from 9am - 7pm only.

  • You will only be able to access the building during this time
  • If your order is expected to be completed outside of this window, contact support immediately.

Where are the elevators?

From the front desk:

  1. Go through the double doors to the left
  2. Take an immediate right
  3. Walk all the way down the hall
  4. Make a left at the end
  5. Elevators will be straight ahead

Professional Conduct

This is a partner property, so it is critical to maintain professionalism at all times:

  • Be respectful to staff and residents
  • Do not discuss pricing, complaints, or internal policies onsite

Anything else I should know?

  • You MUST return the fob to the front desk before leaving
  • Do not leave the property with the fob under any circumstance
  • Follow all standard NoScrubs order handling rules while onsite
  • If you run into any issues (access, unit, delays), contact support immediately
